IMPORTANT: Effective 7th November Microsoft phased out the 'Q' prefix of their Knowledge Base articles to consolidate information and to make it easier for those people that want to access these articles in a language other than English.  All new articles published from this date will follow a new linking format with older style links remaining valid for two years.
