Client: How do I know the ConfigMgr Client is installed on a machine?

The easiest way to tell whether the ConfigMgr Client is installed on a machine is to look in Control Panel. If the Client is installed you should see the Configuration Manager Control Panel applet as shown below (note that it’s no longer called Systems Management like it used to be in SMS 2003 – don’t ask me why Microsoft changed it).
