Just installed MOM SP1 and I'm checking out an error I've received from a script in the AD Mgmt Pack:

The script 'AD Replication Partner Op Master Consistency' could not determine the Schema Op Master for the DC 'cmstest01'. The error returned was 'An error occurred binding to the following AD path:

LDAP://cmstest01/RootDSE' (0x8007203A)

I'm thinking that the script cannot get to the server because of the fact that we have WINS turned off in the domain that this server is in. Could this be the fact? I can connect to it via the ldp tool just fine.

According to my research, this issue is related to Name resolution. Therefore, I suggest you turn on the WINS server and then check if the issue is resolved.
