How Do I Specify the FQDN where I want to Install the Agent?

Our MOM server is in our domain blah.company.com but I told the DCAM to deploy some agents to our root controllers in our empty forest room domain - company.com.  The onepoint service is trying to connect back to the MOM server, server123, but not with the FQDN.  Therefore it is failing and saying no such server.  How can I tell it that it's not server123, but instead it is server123.blah.company.com?  I'm sure its trying server123.company.com instead since it's only trying the hostname!

MOM has no knowledge of Fully Qualified Domain Names so the only way to get this to work is to add the servers in question to your LMHOSTS file.
