"Agent Last Contact Time" Blank Yet There are No Errors in the Agent Installation Failures Log

I’ve installed the MOM Agent through the Consolidator computer but in 'Monitor | PublicView | Components | Agent' it shows that Agents last contact is blank but in 'Monitor | PublicView | MOM Agent Managers | Agent Installation Failures' the log is empty. Any ideas?

Check the Managed Computer Rules. You need to add a criteria in the Managed Computer Rules for the agent to scan the computers.

To check if the agent is installed on the monitored server, check for the presence of the OnePoint Service on the monitored server.
