"The Agent Manager would have taken responsibility for the following computers" error

When I try to add an Agent I get this error:

The Agent Manager would have taken responsibility for the following computers, but was unable to obtain write access to their registries.

TEST\TEST2
TEST\TEST1

with Event ID: 21196. How can I solve this problem?

The OnePoint service on your DCAM is running under a NT account that does not have admin rights to the server you are deploying the MOM agent too. Either grant this account admin rights or use an account that has admin rights.
