Is there an .MSI File for the Agent Installation?

Is there an .MSI file available for the Agent install. I am trying to automate as much of the server build as possible?

There isn't, but you can run the script with a switch, (I think it's '/s') which allows you to express all the options in a text file so giving a silent install.
