I have an Agent that is trying to
contact an old "consolidator". I looked at the ‘InstallService.log’
and the
‘%LocalComputer%’
entry is pointing to a test server I put up a while ago and is now gone. There
must have been some files left behind from the previous Agent install that were
kept after the newest agent install. How do I get this Agent to contact the
correct Consolidator?

You can use ‘AgentHelper.exe’
which is on the MOM CD to fix this.
Alternatively goto ‘HKLM\Software\Mission
Critical Software’ and browse until you
find the key that has the Consolidator that your machine is looking for or
'reporting to'. Delete that key and reboot the machine. The re-scan from the new
consolidator and your machine will receive the new settings.
