Duplicate Emails for Every Alert after Outlook Re-install on DCAM

I had the Mapi- Event ID 9154 problem which ended with a re-install of Outlook 2000 on my (DCAM). Now my problem is that I get duplicate (two) emails for every alert. Any suggestions?

Look at the history of the alert. It should tell you which rules are firing the emails. Out of the box configuration may be causing this because it mails certain Notification Groups on certain events, meaning that if you've got some of your own rules in there then two would get sent.
