I am experiencing a situation
where the NT Events are being written to the database but no alerts are being
generated. I am getting 21266, 21239 and 21268 events as well in the Event log.
I have tried increasing the PQF queue. Has anyone experienced this? Not access
to the database I have come across but I have not seen this situation where the
NT Events are being written but no alerts are being generated when required. It
is categorically not a case of the rules being incorrect.
Upon rebooting the machine a couple of alerts are being generated then it stops
generating them again.
Any ideas?

This problem can be
caused by corrupt PQFs. Try deleting the PQFs and cycling the OnePoint service.
The PQFs should be recreated and the Alerts generated.
