Agents are in a delayed state. When I take a look at the NT Application log
on the Agent I see the following:

Description:
The agent was unable to complete an I/O operation on file C:\Documents and
Settings\All Users\Application Data\Mission Critical
Software\OnePoint\Europe-Distribution\EvtCons.wkf. The agent will retry the
operation every 20 seconds.
Error details: A lock violation has occurred.
Can any body please help?

Stop the OnePoint service on the agent machine and delete all *.wkf files
and then restart the service.
