"The Agent Manager manager this agent but cannot upgrade it"

Does anyone know why the Agent that runs on the DCAM itself is marked as "the Agent Manager manager this agent but cannot upgrade it"? Why would this agent not be available for upgrade if a newer version was available?

The "DCAM" itself acts as an Agent and the only way to upgrade the DCAM is via MOM setup. When you use Setup you upgrade the DCAM including the Agent component of the DCAM.

Hopefully this makes sense.
