MOM Doesn’t Recognise Access 2000 During Installation

We are trying to install MOM on a new server which we started from scratch. When trying to install, it says this is not a domain controller. Then I say ignore, then it says I need either Microsoft Access runtime or the full version, but I have already installed the full version.

Restart the server and insert the MOM installation CD. Use the 'Check Prerequisites' option to see if Windows can see Access. If it says it can’t then there is a problem with the Access installation.
