In Computer Management and MOM software a single Xeon processor shows up as two processors. How does this affect my per processor licensing?

From the microsoft.public.mom newsgroup
It is always recommended that you speak with your Microsoft Account Rep or your software reseller for a definitive answer on licensing. However, that said, my understanding of the licensing policies is that Microsoft only count the physical processors for licensing purposes.
