How do I Uninstall a Management Pack?		 Goto the MOM Home Page
 
Is anyone familiar with uninstalling the Application Management Pack or at least piece's of the Pack? I have been unsuccessful in finding any documentation regarding this.

The MOM Operations Guide has information about this in Chapter 7, starting at Page 15. What you want to do is to disable or delete (disable is better) particular Process Rule Groups. (See page 19).
