I want to use MOM to monitor a set of machine with exactly the same name, sitting in different domains, for example:

domain1\server1
domain2\server1
domain3\server1
...
Is that a problem for MOM ?  How can I differentiate between these machines in the MOM console (I have 3 "server1" entries showing up in my console - is there a way to have the console display server1.domain1.com, server1.domain2.com, etc?

MOM will currently not manage this as there are instances within the application at the moment which still do not understand DNS namespaces and so rely on the "flat" structure you are experiencing difficulties with. This will not be fixed in SP1 but I imagine the future releases will address this.
