"Either mailbox data is not being collected or there is no mailbox data to report"

I’m trying to run some Exchange reports and keep getting the following message:

"Either mailbox data is not being collected or there is no mailbox data to report".

This only appears on some reports, others are okay. I am trying to run the reports under Exchange Mailbox and Folder Sizes.

Go to Monitor > Components and within there you can select individual agents and temporarily ignore them.
