Can I Give Alert Resolvers Read-Only Access to Rules?

We have people that can resolve alerts, but they cannot view the rules. Can we configure MOM so that they can have read only access to the rules?

This is not out-of-the-box feature. In order to achieve this you will need to go delving into SQL permissions and tables which will probably make your MOM implementation unsupported by Microsoft.
