Problems with the "Print Queue Oldest Job Age Exceeds Threshold (4 hours)." Rule

I have the following rule enabled however I do not have any notification groups defined to the rule. The problem I am having is that this specific rule is sending out notifications to a specific notification group anyway.

Has anyone experienced this issue with any rules?

The rule is: "Print Queue Oldest Job Age Exceeds Threshold (4 hours)". The value in the description is the number of minutes the oldest job has been in the print queue.

This rule does not have a notification groups setup but it does have a Alert Severity of Critical Error and in the same rule group we have an Alert Processing Rule for All Alerts of Severity >= Error will Notify the Network Administrator's notification group.

You many want to disable this rule for the print queue or increase the threshold value.
