Does anyone know the resource footprint for the Exchange 2000 Agent for MOM? (i.e. Memory requirement above the 64MB required by the base agent).

There is just a MOM Agent, and not a specific "Exchange 2000 agent for MOM."

You are correct in that there may be additional overhead based on the rules that are downloaded to the agent. The best way to determine this is to test the Agent in your lab or in a pilot program where you only have the Exchange, MOM, and OS rules applied to that agent and to collect the performance counters you are interested in.
