I would like to
monitor an Outlook user's experience by measuring the response time between
the client and the Exchange server, e.g. message round trip. I would like to
use this to check SLA adherence.
It would also be a bonus if this can integrate with MOM. Does anybody know
of a way or a tool to do this?

If you are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 Outlook collects statistics
like you are looking for and sends them to the Exchange server. These stats
are available as Perfmon counters on the Exchange server and the Exchange
2003 Management Pack for MOM leverages these counters, providing reports,
etc.
If you are using other versions of the software you will need to take a look
at third-party utilities.
