"script is engaged in infinite loop or hanging..." Message on Exchange Servers

I get the following messages on my Exchange servers when I enable the "Report Collection - Message Tracking Log Data" script that comes with the Exchange Application Pack:

"script is engaged in infinite loop or hanging..."

I changed the number of entries to compile from 100 to 50 and that doesn't seem to have helped. Have you seen any issues with this script? I have never gotten any information from it since I installed the Application Packs 2 months ago.
