Where do I enable Heartbeat monitoring for Agentless computers?

I have a pair of Windows Server 2003 servers that won't accept a MOM Agent install due to their Windows Installer version being too old. These are heavily used dev boxes, and all we really want to monitor is server up/down status, so I've decided it's easiest to go with an Agentless monitoring scenario.

To keep things sane and semi scalable, I created a new Rule group called "Agentless Managed Computers" and made the Computer group "Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 Agentless" a member.

This group contains the two Agentless servers I want to manage. So here's where I'm stuck. From doing some research I've found that MOM can Agentlessly monitor server heartbeats, but I can't figure out where to add the heartbeat rule. Can somebody tell me where it's located?

When you have to discover a new computer and start monitoring it as an Agentless managed computer you will get alerts if MOM fails to ping it, that is a default setting.

The only way to be 100% sure is to interrupt the connection between them. For example disconnect the machine from the network or change the IP to that machine locally (hostfile) on the MOM machine to make sure it cannot connect to that machine.
