How Do Domain Controllers Know What the Password is for the SMSCliToknAcct& Account?

When SMS gets installed on a machine it generates the SMSCliToknAcct& with a randomly generated password. On Domain Controllers, how would the Domain Controllers know what the password is?

The account credentials are encrypted on the PDC. When BDCs install the SMS client service, they go to the PDC to retrieve the account credentials for use.
