Uninstalling one Program Installed with SMS Installer Uninstalls All of Them

I've installed a few programs through SMS. All of them made entries in the 'INSTALL.LOG' file. However, when I go to uninstall one through the Add/Remove Programs, 'UNINSTAL.EXE' removes everything loaded with SMS!

I just wanted one program gone and now I have all of them gone. Any suggestions?

This can happen if your 'INSTALL.LOG' files for your packages are being written to in the same directory. Make sure, with each package to identify a specific directory for the 'INSTALL.LOG' file. If you are using SMS Installer, hit 'Ctrl-Z' and look at the 'Install Log Pathname' line.
