| Here is the
situation. XP users that are local admins on the PC do in fact get the
balloon to install. Normal users never see the balloon, they get the
downloads but no install. Here's what I have found out: PC's got patches downloaded after I changed the Registry key lastwaittimeout to the current time, otherwise from Detectionstarttime to lastwaittimeout there is a four hour window, it may not download if you turn off the PC before time out. After downloaded, then the Registry key changed Detectionstarttime and Lastwaittimeout to Scheduleinstalltime, it's next day 2:00am. If I set Lastwaittime close to Detectionstarttime and set Scheduleinstalltime close to current time, the PC's install the updates. Anyone seeing this?
