Most Clients Update But a Few Don't

All my clients have the same environment. The majority of them are updating fine. I have about six that are not receiving any updates.  In the server log it appears they are connecting and in the Items column is shows 14, but there is never anything in the message column (I am assuming this shows updates that are being installed) there is never anything.

The Windows Update log appears to be normal with no errors. I can force the update manually but still no updates are being downloaded.

Each machine is at SP3, each machine is controlled through GPO. Any suggestions?

I deleted the '
Windows Update' folder in 'Program Files', the 'WUTemp' folder and the Windows Update Log (probably not necessary). I then forced an update through an update. It did not work immediately, but "wonder of wonders" two days later it finally did a download of critical files. Maybe it takes a time or two of logging into SUS before it actually does downloads??
