Blank Screen in SUS Admin Console on Windows 2003 Member Server

I tried to install SUS Server on a Windows 2003 Member server. If I open the management console found in Administrative tools, only a white screen appears, after the user login. There are no Event log entries.

Anyone have any ideas?

This is due to IE hardening. 'Localhost' is added to "local intranet" sites by default. Adding the machine name to trusted sites /local intranet should work. Open IE and from the 'Tools' menu select 'Internet Options | Local Intranet'. Click on 'Sites' and add the machine name to the trusted sites names. Once you do this, the shortcut in administrative tools will work.
