Can Microsoft Change the SUS Content Notification Email to Tell Me What’s Changed?

I’ve subscribed to get updated of new SUS updates but what this doesn't tell me is what's included in the update. Is there anyway this can be changed so I can determine whether I need to sync my servers with the Windows Update download servers or do I see a list of what's new/ been updated when I do the sync and before I download?

This email is apparently a bog standard email that doesn’t have any capabilities such as listing what’s contained in the updates. Microsoft have been informed of this request as it would certainly be useful and potentially save folks a lot of time and bandwidth.
