“Error 0x800703F0: An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.)” When Trying to Install Patch 810577 on Windows 2003/ .net Servers

Has anyone seen failures on patch 810577 on .net servers. It tries and dies everyday. I also tried the Windows Update site and it fails there too. This is a section of the windows UPDATE.LOG:

This is a known problem with the detection criteria associated with this patch that should be fixed soon. That patch shouldn't be offered to Windows Server 2003 machines at all.
