Once again I find myself loading patches onto the system. The problem is that we have 20+ TMR's so it starts to get tricky.

1. When I install from the GUI I can only install on the managed nodes and not on the inter-connected TMR's + not all TMR's are inter-connected.
    
2. When I use SIS and point it to a remote TMR it does not pick up any previously installed Tivoli software, then I get a message telling me I need to install Framework.

You never mentioned what platform these are on. Assuming the patches are on a hard disk, you can NFS mount if UNIX or share and map as a network drive on NT. Once these are accessible from the local TMRs, you can install from each of these (via the Tivoli desktop).

This is a lot of TMRs which increases the maintenance. I don't know how many TMRs SIS can be shared with, but I wouldn't recommend the number you have trying to share one.
