"Error: Unable to determine Endpoint label" message in the Web interface

When I access UserLink, then click on 'UserLink for TME10' and then choose either 'Basic Tivoli Software Distribution Web Interface, Version 4.1 - Public' or 'Restricted' I get the following error message in the left hand window:

Unable to determine Endpoint label.

This problem is caused by the Logins being set incorrectly for the Tivoli Administrator account you have provided for your users to initiate their own software distribution.

You need to add the following Login Name(s) to the Administrator account your users are using:

To add the relevant login(s):

1. Right-click on the relevant Administrator account and select 'Edit Logins...'
2. Type the relevant account name from the table above into the 'Add Login Name:' box remembering to press [RETURN] so that the new account(s) appear in the 'Current Login Names:' box.
3. Click 'Change & Close'.
4. Press the Refresh button on your browser.
