Problem:

I am trying to build a machine but I see the following error:

“Task Sequence: <name> has failed with the error code (0x00000001). For more information, please contact your system administrator or helpdesk operator.“

Resolution:

This message is displayed because the Task Sequence had an issue in locating/ loading a file. Make sure no-one is editing the Task Sequence or updating any files it references then power off the machine and try rebuilding it.
